Most supports felt bulky or slipped down hiking. This one actually stayed secure the whole trail.

The Orethis Flex™ comes in four sizes. Please choose your size and leg (left or right) before adding to your cart.

Question 1: How do I adjust the brace for the right fit?
Answer 1: Use the smart knob to tighten or loosen the brace until it feels secure and supportive without restricting movement. The adjustable design makes it easy to customize compression for exercise, walking, or everyday wear.

Question 2: Is the brace suitable for workouts and sports?
Answer 2: Yes, it is designed for active use. The combination of patella support, lateral stabilization, and compression helps keep the knee feeling stable during gym sessions, runs, and other training activities.

Question 3: What type of support does the gel pad provide?
Answer 3: The patella gel pad helps cushion the kneecap area while the lateral stabilizer adds side support, making the brace a comfortable choice for focused knee compression and everyday protection.

Stop Bracing For The Moment It Gives Out

You shouldn't have to test your knee before you trust it. The Orethis Flex™ wraps it in steady, dial-in support — firm where you need holding, soft everywhere else — so you can take the stairs, the session or the long day on your feet without that flinch in the back of your mind. Adjust the support in seconds, and feel secure from the first step to the last.

For the knee that:

❌ Doesn't feel steady

❌ Clicks, aches or stiffens up

❌ Feels like it might give way

❌ Makes you careful on the stairs

And anything else that's been making you plan your day around one knee…

Every Feature Earns Its Place

  • SLS Precision Dial

Turn the dial to tighten or loosen your support in seconds. No straps, no guessing — the same secure fit every time.

  • Dual Side Stabilisers

Flexible springs sit either side of the joint to steady it side-to-side — the exact wobble that makes a knee feel like it might give.

  • Patella Gel Cushion

A soft gel pad sits over your kneecap and takes the pressure off, cushioning the jolt on stairs, squats and hard ground.

  • Anti-Slip Silicone Lining

A silicone grip band keeps the brace exactly where you put it — through a full session or a long day on your feet.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to the most common questions about our product.

Measure 14cm above your kneecap and match it to the size chart. The dial fine-tunes from there, so you're not relying on the size alone.

The silicone grip lining is built to stop exactly that. Set the dial and it stays put — through training or a full day on your feet.

Yes — running, gym, football, padel, pickleball, walking. Dial up the support for harder sessions, ease it off when you're resting.

It's slim enough for jeans, work trousers, scrubs and leggings. Most people wear it all day without anyone noticing.

Yes. Breathable fabric and a soft inner mean it's comfortable for long wear — loosen the dial if you're sitting for long stretches.

Email us within 30 days for a full refund — and in most cases you won't need to post anything back. No return-postage charges, no fuss.
