To request a return, exchange, or store credit, please email hello@orethis.com with your order number and details of your request.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days depending on processing times.
Store credit is issued as an Orethis Gift Card via email. Gift cards never expire and can be used on any future order.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made outside this period or that do not meet policy requirements may not be accepted.
Items must be in new condition — unworn, unused, and free from damage, stains, pet hair, or strong scents.
All original packaging and included materials must be returned where applicable.
Items returned in non-sellable condition may not qualify for exchange or store credit.
We do not accept returns for:
Final Sale items
Used or damaged items
Gift cards
Products not purchased directly from Orethis
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
